The Nursery Project

Thanks to my Dad and Greg baby Collison has a special room! Below are some pictures showing the transformation - we divided our dining room in half!

Babymoon to Lake Tahoe

A weekend away of rest and relaxation in Tahoe before baby arrives :) Greg did lots of reading (George RR Martin's new book Dance with Dragons) and I started knitting socks!

We have some exciting news to share...we are expecting baby collison on February 6, 2012! We are waiting until the big day to find out whether its a boy or girl...here are some pictures to share from our last ultrasound appointment!

Kitchen Makeover

I finally got to one of my summer makeover projects today - painting the lower kitchen cabinets and replacing the hardware ! I forgot to take before and after pics...so this is the best before shot I have (everything was white, including the handles):

I like how they turned out....now I am just deciding on whether to paint the upper cabinets the dark blue too or leave them white...any thoughts on what would look best ?
